Kathy is a former player who competed at Wimbledon 4 times, reaching mixed doubles QF in 1965…. Named ATP Doubles Team of Year in 2003, 2005-07, 2009-14 and ATPTour.com Fans' Favorite Team each year from 2005-17. Recipient of 2015 Arthur Ashe Humanitarian Award.
